Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if you do need to return something, here is what to do:

• Contact us at info@jewelboxcollection.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
• Return it within 14 days of receiving it.
• Returns must be unworn and in the same condition they were received.
• Return the item in its original packaging
• Unless an item is significantly different from its description, postage for the return is at the customer's expense.
• Please use the same shipping method, including insurance.
• Customers are responsible for the items until we receive them.
• Refunds will be minus the original shipping and insurance paid by Jewel Box Collection.
• Items marked as 'final sale' are non-returnable.

REFUNDS

We will contact you once your return is received and we have inspected it to let you know if the refund is approved.
